Last of the 3 requests. Mostly brushwork...should translate pretty easily. The tutorial is made using black and white picture, but would probably work with colored pictures just as well.
Make a graphic like this:

Okay, I started out with an 800x600 with a white background. All of the brushes that I used on this are from
http://www.portfelia.com/The first picture that I added I wanted to be my main picture. So I cut that one out first and placed it on my canvas. The picture was already black and white, but it was kind of dull so I added a black and white gradient map adjustment layer to it just to sharpen it up and add some depth to it.

I wanted to add something to the background behind Reese so I used this rectangle box brush. Alternately, you could just use the rectangle marquee tool(in PS anyway...not sure about PSP) and make the boxes that way. But since the brush was in the set, I just used that =)

I chose the next picture that I wanted to use and cropped it so that it was just a nice head shot. I added that to my canvas and used this brush around it. Or you could just stroke the layer to get the same border effect that the brush gives.

I then merged the brush and picture layer together and then duplicated it. I scaled it down to that it was smaller than the first. I duplicated that one and scaled that one down as well.

One more picture to add and I did pretty much the same with it as I did the first one. Cut, paste, add gradient map :)

I made a new layer just above the canvas and added a couple of branch brushes.

I added this brush

And some text using the Century Schoolbook font and also a tiny text brush.

Finally I wanted to add just a hint of color so I made a gradient map adjustment layer above everything and used this default PS gradient

The blend mode it set at Overlay 77% and I erased the part of the gradient that was covering the main picture.
That's it :)
